Angela Inge

Angela Inge is the chief accounting officer at Capital Square. Having joined the company in 2021, she is primarily responsible for the oversight of the company’s accounting function with specific focuses on real estate investment trusts (REITs), Delaware statutory trusts (DSTs), and development.

With over 15 years of experience in the accounting field, Inge has an advanced knowledge of US GAAP, internal controls and SEC reporting, as well as technical accounting issues, such as business combinations/asset acquisitions, debt and equity transactions, consolidation, leases and revenue recognition. Previously, Inge was a senior manager at Ernst & Young in the assurance practice, serving a variety of both public and private clients in numerous industries, including real estate, consumer products and healthcare.

Inge earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting and economics from the College of William and Mary. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Inge was named a 2026 Women in Leadership Awards recipient by Virginia Business.
